When you visit Makos Chiropractic, you can expect your health and wellness to be our primary concern.

 

Your first visit will require you to complete paperwork regarding your full health history. This is done to ensure a safe and effective treatment. These forms are available at the office but can also be printed from the website for you to bring. If you will be completing the form at the office, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please come with your driver's license and insurance card (if applicable).

 

You can expect this first appointment to take approximately 60 minutes as Dr. Andrew  performs various diagnostic tests to determine your current health, and then works alongside you to develop an appropriate treatment plan. Please wear loose fitting clothing such as a t-shirt and shorts. Layers or thick materials may be difficult to work through.

 

Subsequent appointments will be shorter; approximately 30 minutes.
